CNN Report Features Buffalo Named Donald Trump

A buffalo named “Donald Trump” has become the subject of a video report by CNN after it was spared from sacrifice during Eid al-Adha in Bangladesh.

In the report published on Thursday morning May 28 CNN said the buffalo would not be sacrificed this year. The rare albino buffalo gained widespread attention on social media because of its distinctive golden hair which many netizens compared to the hairstyle of Donald Trump.

According to the report a buyer had already purchased the buffalo for Eid al-Adha sacrifice. However following massive public attention and security concerns Bangladesh’s Home Ministry intervened to stop the sacrifice. Authorities also instructed that the buyer be refunded.

The buffalo has now been placed at the National Zoo in Dhaka.
