TCB truck sale begins nationwide on Eid

The Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) is going to start selling products from today on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha. 


Commerce Minister Khandaker Abdul Muktadir will inaugurate the program at Agargaon in the capital on Monday (May 11). In a press release, the organization said that edible oil, sugar and lentils will be sold through trucks at designated locations across the country, including Dhaka metropolis. Each truck will have a designated quantity of products and buyers will be able to purchase a specific quantity of products. These products will be sold at subsidized prices among TCB distributors and cardholder families as per government guidelines.
