Pakistan’s military has strongly criticized a documentary about India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’. The country’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that presenting events dramatically like a Bollywood movie cannot change the actual outcome of a war.
In a statement on Monday (August 17), ISPR described the Indian documentary as exaggerated, factually inaccurate and propagandistic. It alleged that the documentary was created to portray a military setback as a success.
Pakistan’s military also claimed that the documentary contains contradictory statements. According to ISPR, some remarks by Indian military leaders themselves acknowledge Pakistan’s missile, drone and air attacks.
ISPR said that cinematic portrayals cannot hide aircraft losses or alter the realities of the battlefield. It also claimed that Pakistan’s armed forces had repelled India’s attacks during the 2025 conflict.
Pakistan’s military warned that if India launches another military operation in the future, it will face a firm and disproportionate response. At the same time, it reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to regional peace and stability.
